I miss you <3

Dear Alex,

I miss you. I know I have been an asshole such a bad friend lately, I can't help it. I am sorry. I know I do not deserve your forgiveness, I am asking for one anyway. I am sorry. :( I know I am a bad, lousy friend. I have no excuse (or the excuses I give is not even deserving of your forgiveness). How horrible have I been? Very.

This is not written on here just because, I am truly sorry. Sorry I have not called. Sorry I have not text-ed (actually I have not reload my phone for a whole month! Believe it?!). Sorry I have not facebook-ed you. Sorry I have not said "HI" on Yahoo!. Sorry I have not sent an e-mail on gmail. I am just sorry. I know very well you don't have to forgive my pity ass, I deserve that. I just want you to know I am sorry.

As of late, I have been spending time in class...with people I call friends. I had a blast. Had spend less time (than normal with the bf too), sleeping early, going to class early...getting home late. And confession: we have been playing UNO! I know...lame. But it's true. I have been going to sleep early, leaving my blinking Yahoo!messenger tab to the silence of the dark night. All alone. The bf talking to himself. How horrible am I?

I. AM. Horrible. *cries at the corner* But I deserve all the evil stares, all the spit of fire from my friends, you especially. I have been reckless. I have been crazy playing Mafia Wars on Facebook rather than spend time with people I love, who love me. :( I am ashamed. (But so you know I am still playing Mafia Wars.)

So this post is dedicated to you. In the hope that you will read it. I am sorry, I truly am.

Forgive me?

                                                                                                                              Yours,
                                                                                                                                   Chrys

Akira's Friday: NICO Touches the Walls - Hologram

This week's PV is from NICO Touches the Walls - Hologram.

Hologram by NICO Touches the Walls

This song is the opening theme for Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood. I discovered NICO Touches the Walls after they did an ending theme for Naruto Shippudden some time ago which was Broken Youth. This band was formed in 2004 and in the same year, they won the Lotte Prize at the Yamaha Teen Music Festival. All of them are born 1985. Not some interesting trivia though. LOL. Anyway. Enjoy.

Akira's Friday: Ode to my family - The Cranberries

Yeah I know, i missed one week of Akira's Friday. LOL! I was extremely happy when I decided to apply for Streamyx. So i was waiting for it to be installed before I carry on with last week's entry. Unfortunately, i didn't get it yet until today. Anyhow, this is this week's entry:

My pick: Beanie hats

Knitted beanie hat, or cap or errr...what would you call it? I don't know what is the proper name for it (or maybe it is just beanie) but I am LOVING these. :D

Photo taken from pdxbeanies flickr

Isn't the cute lil blue-eyed baby adorable???? I want the beanie she's wearing...(I am assuming it is a she :D). Adorable. Really adorable.

I know the weather is hot here, but I think it is stylish enough to wear at night, in the cinema or maybe just hanging out (at Bing!, etc etc). Right?? I mean if the material isn't that heavy and thick, it would be worn casually...Of course I am right! :P Who doesn't love these??  I know I do. (^_^)v

Isn't she just adorable?? Photo from here.

Akira's Friday: B'z B'zzzzzz!!

Ichibu to zenbu - B'z

Minna-san, Konnichi-ha! This week, (a very random week for me), I've been listening to another awesome tune and this time, it's from B'z. Yes..... I'm sure most of you remember them. B'z the super-kakkoi duo - Matsumoto Takahiro and Inaba Koshi!!

Still don't remember who they are?? Come on guys! The name B'z should give you the buzzzzzz... :D. Okay.. okay.. Perhaps you remember the drama Beautiful Life starring the awesome Takuya Kimura? Yes... The theme song 'Konya Tsuki no Mieru Oka ni' by B'z?

Konya Tsuki no Mieru Oka ni - B'z

LOL!!! Okay.. It's me. It's just me. I have to post that. LOL. I love that song. Seriously. Maybe next time i will post other songs from B'z. They are AWESOMEEE!!!! But today, enjoy the two songs!!!! Kitte kudasai, douzo!

Monday's pick: Shoes

Okay, so here's the deal: heels over wedge or heels over boots? Truth is I have never ever worn boots in my entire life *gasp* I know...not so much of a shocker. There are some reason why I have never worn/owned/have one:

1. My legs are fat...like seriously.
2. I don't think I look good in them aka I look stumpy (cause I am short).
3. I don't have a reason to own/buy one since our climate is so hot.
4. I just don't have the reason to buy one :P.

Okay, okay...so I think they are extremely HOT! if, I was Mila Jovovich or Gwen Stefani. They have uber cute, sexy, long, thinly shaped legs. I know, I love to drool over woman's legs (and boobs and arse)...hey my bf should be very happy. But me, I have stubby legs. If you know me personally I think you would agree with me. Hahahaha...I mean, I am sure I can rock (some type of) boots, but I have never tried. My bf said I'd look real sexy in them, altho I don't really trust him cause he is biased - he is my bf after all. So anyway I have seen some really, really sexy cut and interesting boots I'd LOVE to try on (and I know I'd probably look stumpy and short but hey you live only once!) and I know I could get my hands on them. :D But of course I'd have to be somewhere cooler (like seasoned countries) to try to rock into them.

picture from monicaabce flickr

Hmmm dreamy ey? If only I had those legs *drools*. Anywhoo....okay shoes. Well I suppose not so much of shoes...

My pick for today is shoes, in general. I do love heels. I try to get them but I don't use them a lot. I am more comfortable in flats, or sandals or hmmm flip flops. :D Yeah those are great for going casual. ^^ Going for dates, just out with friends, and whatever. But I do love me some heels. Or wedge. Altho I prefer wedge since it is more comfortable in a long run. Okay, maybe not. It depends on the heels. Some heels, even tho it is 4 inches high are really, really comfortable. I know! You guys might thing how do you girls do it. We just do!!! Now who doesn't love being a girl?? We get to dress up and put sexy clothes on for you guys to drool over, paint our faces put on cute makeup, and get to wear cute shoes!! Life is not so easy being a girl but we love it and do it anyway! :D

So this Monday I am up for SHOES!!! Anything in general. I do love me some nice, comfy Nike, or Kappa or Converse. :D Good for the easy, breeze, sporty look. I know!! Shoes!!! Heels!! Boots!! Gotta love them all!!

And they are pretty affordable!! There was this sweater dress for $10! but it was out of stock already :(. I want, and they are gorgeous. So go check it out. :) Here. Raya special: RAYA! Eid-Fitr!

Today's Monday's pick Raya special is all about food and food! :P ahaha...ok I am late by 3 days but who's counting right? (Right Al?) Anywhoo...I don't know what is so special about raya...eid...except the extraordinary delicious mouth watering food that people serve us for FREE at their humble homes and you can sit there and stuff your face till you can't eat anymore...so what? But of course you don't do that...stuff yourself till you can't eat anymore...just saying. You can do that. And it might seem rude ya know.

Anyway, I don't know what to pick for raya...I think I am out of raya ideas...but I will be back next Monday (hopefully :P) so...stay safe for raya people! (Al I know you wanted something extravagant but I can't think of anything...ahaha sorry!)

Selamat Hari Raya

Akira's Friday: O2 by Orange Range

Hai Minna-san, Konichi ha! Today's pick is a song called O2 by Orange Range. This song is the Opening Theme for Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 (Kodo Giasu: Hangyaku no Rurushu R2) and has always been my alarm ringtone for sahur. I find this video rather interesting. I first listen to this when I was watching Code Geass so when I found the video, it awed me. I was thinking that the video would be something modern which will suit the cool, awesome tune of the song. Somehow, it kinda make me feel like the song doesn't actually match the video. But since I'm an "addict" to that era, it doesn't really matter now. Hahaha... and I Love this song. Honestly, I prefer it to be collaborated with Code Geass opening video. Nonetheless, it's a good tune to be worked up on a Friday morning.

O2 by Orange Range

Orange Range is a band originated from Okinawa and I'll put this as easy as possible, their songs are Awesome. O2 single was released in May 2008 and was featured in Orange Range's 5th Album, Panic Fancy and as I've mentioned earlier, it's the OP for Code Geass R2.

Here's from me this week. Saa, kitte kudasai.

'Belated' Monday's pick: Bangles

OMG! I so totally forgot about Monday's pick since I have started my short course, and the wireless connection is so sucky that I really am about to explode. Thankfully I have my long list of games I could play. *pheeew* I could die and do nothing in the very cold temperature controlled room (not, it's damn cold and if the ac are not on it's damn hot).

So anywhoo, my belated Monday's pick would have to be bangles. I am so (kinda) into it now. I mean eons years ago, I am more of the silver/gold bracelet kinda girl you know. Until last January both of my silver bracelets snapped while CLK was here, so I didn't have the time to replaced it. Yeah I know should've asked CLK to replaced them for me :P but there are seriously no great looking silver bracelet I have come upon.

So then I have decided to move onto bangles. :) And I freakin' loving them! Ok, I don't have a lot of them but I am stocking up (for the lost time). Presently I have some beaded ones (from SARAWAK! HELL YEAH!), and some wooden ones (from Sarawak too!!), some leathery-type ones, errr, what else? I think I have some like stainless steel ones too, and a few others I don't remember. Don't you guys just love accessories?? Especially bangles (and earrings and rings and anklets and...well that's for another day :D ). I guess i'm just an accessories girl :). So this week's pick would have to be BANGLES!!!

Akira's Friday: Seventh Heaven by Kalafina

Hai Minna-san Konichi ha! Akira desu~ It's Friday and it's the day for Akira's Pick. Let me remind you that every Friday, I get to pick one song to be featured in this blog and I hope you all will enjoy it. Again, the songs that I pick will usually be Japanese songs, but hey, who knows, I might change my mind about posting English songs one day.

This week's pick will be: Seventh Heaven by Kalafina! *yeay!*

Seventh Heaven by Kalafina

Kalafina is a band formed by Yuki Kajiura and was originally to performed for the anime Kara no Kyoukai. Seventh Heaven is one of the songs featured in their album Seventh Heaven their first studio album) which was realeased in March 2009.

Saa, minna-san. Kitte kudasai, dozou. :D

Monday's pick: Jeggings or leggings

My pick for this week is: Jeggings :D altho leggings would be a good one to, so either way jeggings/leggings.

Apparently, I think I have been using leggings (or maybe those really stretchy, skinny, spandex pants) a long time ago. Yeah they use to be my favorites, and now they are back? As for the question mark, I'm sure they are the same thing but not. You know what I mean, right? Anyway...I have not used the jeggings/leggings a lot lately cause of the weather (like freakin' humid and hot) and I don't think it is really suitable for tropical weather but I think it would look good at night. Ok, I'm just that crazy/creative/daring to wear them but I see a lot of the girls wear them and I envy them! I think it is because they have really skinny legs (ok, sometimes they look like sticks. What! They do.)

But anywhoo, I bought a jeggings a couple of weeks ago without knowing that they are jeggings. It is kinda cool I think cause they look like skinny jeans but they're not. Geddit? Oh, jeggings are jean-leggings or denim leggings, like so...cute eh?

*taken from here

Jeggings are the new fashion trend hitting the retail sector.   These leggings originated in Japan where they became an overnight sensation.  These revolutionary leggings are a cross between skinny jeans and leggings and are expected to be the fashion sensation of 2009 in the UK.  It is the fusion of jeans and leggings that has derived the new name for this product i.e. Jeggings. **courtesy of http://www.jeggings.co.uk/

Apparently I want some!!! I have not found these here (except a dark color blue and black jeggings) but if they have some greys and indigo I'd love to get my hands on one. :) Cool and weird eh? They have a variety at Topshop, you should check it out. :)

Akira's Friday: Fare Well by L'Arc~en~Ciel

Hey everyone,

This week's Friday's Pick is a song by L'Arc~en~Ciel - Fare Well. It's pretty mellow for a Friday's pick (since it's nearing to weekend) but today, I've been repeating this song on my playlist more than 10 times XD. (Ok.. It's stuck in my head).

Fare Well is the first song featured in Laruku's (L'Arc) 4th Album - True which was released in 1996.

... Of which we never forget Part 4

Speaking of random songs that get stuck in your head because you happened to listen to it and in a situation you don't want to forget (lovely or beautiful or hateful or unfortunate).... here's another song that ripped my internal organs virtually today.

I'm not gonna attached anything here. If you wish to listen to it, please download or listen to in online. It's a beautiful song actually. But it's just torturous.. (to me).

I'm turning into a masochist. Enjoy.

The Lyrics:

Foo Fighters - Walking After You.

Tonight I'm tangled in my blanket of clouds...
dreaming aloud.
Things just won't do without you, matter of fact.
I'm on your back, I'm on your back, I'm on your back.

If you'd accept surrender, I'll give up some more.
Weren't you adored?
I cannot be without you, matter of fact...
I'm on your back.

If you walk out on me, I'm walking after you.
If you walk out on me, I'm walking after you.

Another heart is cracked in two, I'm on your back

I cannot be without you, matter of fact.
I'm on your back, I'm on your back, I'm on your back.

If you walk out on me, I'm walking after you.
If you walk out on me, I'm walking after you.
If you walk out on me, I'm walking after you.

With heavy heart,

Akira.

...Of which we never forget part 3

I was reading some blogs and I thought I post in something random.

As I was doing my prayers this evening, a line from the song 'Pink Triangle' by Weezer
came to mind
"... we are good as married in my mind,
.... but married in my minds no good..."
or something like that, then it made me think way back when time was simpler, time of Weezer and all those other simple things, like boys are boys (and well boys will always be boys mind you) like time when I don't have to think of all the other think I think about, then it made me look and search for my Weezer songs. (Al it made me think of you!)

Yep the simple-er times. How I miss thee.

~ Listening to Weezer always makes me think of high school.

...Of which we never forget part 2

As Al has already mention, we were talking about our favorite pass time (for me since I can't watch them anymore, not as much as I want)...watching and oggling Anime (characters!!). One of the anime I use to watch was Vandread. Damn those sexy women (I know, it's mesmerizing). One of the many favorites are Slam Dunk and for me, The Adventure of RAVE. :D Man I miss those times... If only we could go back, easier times....relaxed, free, literally 'free' from all the "drama" *evil laugh* MWHAHAHAHAHA....

** enjoy this clip from youtube, I heart thee~!
